Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nationwide Trucking Consultants LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through track.client-preview.top (the “Site”), how we use it and what choices you have. By using the Site or sending us a request, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on the Site, we receive:

• your name;
• your phone number and email address;
• the topic you want to discuss and the date and time you prefer for a call, if you choose them;
• the number of trucks you selected in the calculator, if you used it;
• whether you agreed to receive text messages.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

When you browse the Site, some technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, the page you came from, and ad click and campaign tags (such as gclid, fbclid and UTM parameters). Cookies and similar technologies are used for this (see section 5).

2. How we use your information

• to contact you about your request and schedule your consultation;
• to prepare a proposal and provide our consulting services if you hire us;
• to send you text messages, only if you opted in (see section 4);
• to understand how the Site is used and make it better;
• to measure our advertising and show ads to people who may need our services;
• to comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, phone and customer management tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us;
• with Google and Meta, as technical data from cookies for analytics and advertising. Form entries such as your name and phone number are not sent to them;
• with government agencies, insurance providers and other parties involved in your filings, only when you hire us to act on your behalf;
• when required by law or a court order, or to protect our rights;
• with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.

All of the above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent: this information is not shared with any third parties.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Nationwide Trucking Consultants LLC about your request, your consultation and our trucking consulting services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can send the form without it.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the text messaging platform, only to deliver the messages.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site uses cookies, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. They show us which pages are useful and which ads bring requests. These tools may collect information about your browsing across different websites over time.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and of many other ad networks at optout.aboutads.info. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for it yet, so the Site does not change how it works when it receives one.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you do not become a client, we delete your request data no later than 3 years after our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as tax and other laws require.

7. How we protect information

Only team members who need your information to work with you can access it. The Site uses a secure HTTPS connection. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• stop calling or emailing you.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or Texas), you may have more rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To use any of your rights, contact us using the details below. We will confirm your request and answer within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

9. Children

The Site is meant for adults who are starting or running a trucking business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites, such as social networks and government resources. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
